What's the best way that you guy's have found to secure a sub box in the boot?
I have got mine screwed in to the steel behind the seat but now that I have changed my suspension and corner a "little" faster and harder the fixings keep on coming loose and I am nearing the largest self tapper that I can find.

 

ratchet straps !
use two eyelets and repace bolts or nut and bolt through body using larger stress plates so you do not rip them out.

a little extreme but it will work have seen it done on an evo at ten of the best.

 

MDF under the boot carpet (mines cut the same shape, use the carpet as a template)
then nuts and bolts though the lot to secure,
will never move lol

 

like it would look a lot better.

 

I have mine secured by bungee cord, looks ok and you can take it out quickly if you need too.

 

Cheers guys, I'm liking the idea of screwing it down to a board, looks like I will have to pop out to get some MDF.

 

Cable ties to the strut brace so easy to remove for track days.
