As per title, i researched it and apparently it should be a yellow\green wire behind the orginal stereo, but i can't find it, anyone know for sure ?

I've found a 2 way connector taped to the original stereo loom that looks like a candidate for speed pulse and maybe handbrake.
Can anyone confirm ??

Connector number b135 pin number 26 that is the perfect speed pulse for ur sat nav

After a bit of an investigation tonight the 2-way connector taped to and part of the the original loom (2007 STi Hawkeye) are connections for the Speed Pulse (Green/Yellow) and Reverse Gear selection (Brown/Yellow).

So I will be using those for my AVIC-910BT and just ground the handbrake signal rather then connect to the pink handbrake wire (in the centre console alongside the handbrake which give 12V handbrake off, 0V Handbrake on).

Strange that Subaru went to the bother of looming the speed and reverse but neglected to include the handbrake wire, maybe the loomis just for satnav's that do not include DVD play capability.
