Default Fusion, any good??

Hey,

I'm planning an upgrade on my sound system.. Front speaks, 6 x 9's, Sub, amp etc. Does anyone have a similar setup with these speakers or have you heard them, what are they like?

Thanks

Halfords is like Mecca to teen car enthusiasts lol! I had JBL 6 x 9's in my old motor and didn't really rate them. That leaves me in a bit of a pickle?

when fusion first came out, they were a little bit below standards, but their new range is very good IMO, excellent sound for your pound.

Fusion IMO is good gear at the top end of the scale, however the lower mid range is pretty poor SQ. Fronts i'd go for MB Quarts or JL's 6x9's.

Fusion is at the higher end of the budget speakers.Best bet would to be to listen to various makes and make your own mind up

personally i'd go for comps up front, amp them and run coaxials barefoot in the back. if your running subs you don't need 6x9's and you certinally don't need them amped.
