They are all 6 inch. You will strugle to find many 6 inch speakers though.
I got a set from maplins that were a perfect fit for the rear but they sounded awefull so I removed them and fitted 6x9's.
I do believe you can fit 5x8's in the rear too if you do not use the bracket that is there.
The front doors are tight for space so becarefull how big the magnets are.
The first set I fitted fit wonderfull untill I put the window down... "crunch".
