I used to have a MY97 which I bought 4 16cm pioneer speakers as an upgrade for. In the front doors for that car the speaker mounts were separate from the speakers so no problem.

Having upgraded for a P1 I thought the same speakers would fit but I took the door apart last night and to my horror it looks like the standard door mount now has the speaker built into it, is this right? If so where can I get a new door mount from?

Incase someone knows are the backs the same or am I going to need mounts for those as well?
