Question Anybody got a Parrot MK6000 or 6100 and use it to stream music (bluetooth)?

I'm thinking of getting a parrot bluetooth kit (CK3000 EVO) for the standard kenwooth headunit but for an extra bit of cash the above models can also stream music. I have a Nokia N95 which would fit the bill to do this but just woundered what the sound quality is like? (my OEM HU runs a phoenix gold 4 channel amp, rockford 5 1/4 front components and rear co-axials and a rockford sub.... so want fairly decent sound quality).

nice unit as a phone kit but the sound quality from the audio streaming isn't the best.

Slightly more expensive but much better quality is the "bluetouch" unit. It also benefits from being touchscreen and has a built in ipod interface as well.

After searching i'd never come across the Bluetouch.... glad you pointed me at it tho . Looks a great spec, SD and USB too for music. Display looks nice and can be colour matched to the dash. Looks just what i was after apart from the price . The MK6000 is just under £90 from blueunplugged tho and after a quick search i only found Amazon for a price on the Bluetouch, Some £200 odd . Once i'm into that price i'd propably be better off changing the HU and getting bluetoooth on that (pioneer P65 or 85 maybe), but i wanted to keep the OEM HU to keep the interior looking stock (ish... i guess the PSI/Ecutek monitor and Defi boost gauge blows that a bit tho).

Cheers for the link... much appreciated tho. Do you actually have one of these?

Jesus, that's interesting but how does this connect to the OE HU?

it has a mute lead for the phone audio and it has an fm modulator for the music audio (ipod/phone streaming)
