I'm fairly sure it would fit as it is double din size just like the OEM Kenwood jobbie. The IVA-W200Ri has been replaced by the IVA-W202R which is identical size. You can download the owners guides which includes the installation info from Home - Alpine - Europe - Mobile Media Solutions under support section and you'll need to use the side brackets on the OEM radio screwed to the side of whatever you fit to secure it in place.

The KW AVX800 has the same spec as far as I can see and is a UK model with RDS etc.

Cheaper than ebay here...

JVC KW AVX800 DOUBLEDIN NEW DVD MP3 CAR CD MONITOR from Newimagecarhifi UK

The brackets do need to be modified to make it fit flush though.

Yup, it fits, have one myself (05STi, so the same dash) no modding required.

The IVA200R has been superceded by the IVA202R, which can take the bluetooth hands free unit as an add on.

Doesn't fit flush, the screen protrudes by about 5mm.

Will take a couple of pics for you tonight if you've not yet commited.

Here you go:

Depth of screen protrusion

Screen flipped down for CD/DVD access

SatNav (Yes, I did scroll away from home )

Bluetooth Handsfree

iPod Control

Reversing camera (taken at night... I know what I'm looking at, but you can't see too clearly... you get the general idea though.)

Rob, look here for some new wallpapers for your IVA-W202R. I found some Subaru ones which are good.

It was the right choice for me, and that's what counts.

Satnav? check.
iPod interface? check.
Takes a reversing cam? Bonus.

And fits a treat. The kenwood unit had more rounded edges, whereas the double din slot is right angles (if you see what I mean), hence why I went for the Alpine unit. Just "looked right".

Recommended? yes, if it does what you want it to.
