Default alpine double din

how can i remove my alpine double din stereo without the stereo keys as i forgot to get them when i bought the car

Try an Alpine dealer and see if you can get them to lend you some keys or buy a new pair from Alpine Spares on 0870 3333 408.

alpines don't come with keys. If the unit is fitted properly then it will be screwed into the dash. You will probably have to pop out the dash panel to get access but it's pretty easy after that.

True, if fitted in a Jap car then it should have brackets screwed to it and then these are screwed in using the OEM holes etc. If it ain't a Jap car then still probably need the keys.

even in UK cars the doubledin units are bolted in. I have fitted a few dnx-7200's into them and they have always bolted in.
