Default Anyone have a Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57?

As title, if so then could you help me with the Bluetooth side of it please?

I can get the headunit and phone to talk to each other, and I can hear the other person through my speakers, but the other person isn't hearing me.

I'm assuming I have to connect the microphone supplied, but this is where my problem is, I can't see how to. At the end of the microphone cable is 2 spade connectors. What am I supposed to do with them and where are they meant to connect?

Just placing them onto the rear interface doesn't seem right cause it they'll easily just disconnect as soon as I move.

So am I missing something simple, or even an extra interface part?

In case anyone asks, I bought the unit brand new from an authorised dealer and not ebay so I'm confident that no parts are missing and if they are then I can phone them up.
