Default taking the stereo out

Hi
i have a 2006 hawkeye how do you take out the oem stereo

pull the trim behind gear stick towards you, this will then pull off, the stereo will then unscrew and pull out

That only takes you part of the way. I have an 06 hawkeye and have done this and the fiddly bit is a couple of clips that need prising at the top of the surround of the main stereo unit.

This is what I followed when I did mine (ehgp publishing ltd private pages).

Just take care on step 4 as that's the tricky and potentially frustrating bit.
