SINGLE DIN CONVERSION PROBLEM

Default SINGLE DIN CONVERSION PROBLEM

Iv got a 2004 wrx and want to take the double din out ror a single din, iv purchased the pocket from subaru but i cant get the headunit and the pocket to fit correctly in the space theres always a big gap in between them, its like the holes arnt in the right place on the sid brackets, can anyone help please thanks

You have to drill an extra hole on each side to accommodate the plastic lugs of the pocket.

Thanks for that, its what i thought just didnt want to start drilling holes without checking it wasnt me being thick!
