Blaupunkt head units - any good?

As the search isn't working . . .
Considering a single cd / tuner head unit for MY99, as it's one of the few units that doesn't require that you take the entire fascia with you when leaving the car.
Anyone have any experience with the 'blue dot' ??

I have a blaupunkt RCM 303 (read mental nuts machine), ,and I must say, it is bloody fantastic, I would swear by them!! They are not neccesserily(sp!) the loudest units, but the sound seems way clearer anything this side of a nakamichi unit!
