Red face CD player into a classic Sti V3

I usually never mess about with radio's/CD players etc so forgive this question...

I want to remove the Subaru radio/cassette unit (original 1996 unit and fit a simple no bling CD player for long journeys.
I want to use the stock speakers already in the car too.

Do I need any adaptors etc to convert the plugs/sockets on the car's loom at all? Will a CD player fron the UK fir the car and electrics??

Bit of advice needed please before i buy.
Graham.

Default Head unit

How are doing Graham

I also have a V3 STi, I fitted a Panasonic head unit, head to your local halfrauds and ask for a Head unit (Brand) -> Subaru plug adaptor and you are good to go.

one thing though, your electric antenna will be up all the time, Sony head units are suppose to raise the antenna Only when needed...something to bear in mind! that would be your best shot.

hope this helps
