Hi guys and girls, im ordering a new headunit tommorow will I just need this and thats it?

Strange things, these adaptors.

I've bought several headunits for Scoobs, SEAT's a Xantia and a Saxo, and NEVER needed an adaptor, the headunit has always come with one that fit.
(Sony, Panasonic and Alpine).
