After buying some Infinity Reference 6012i's and finding they just don't fit through the metal plates on the parcel shelf, and being not so clever with a hacksaw, dremel, hammer & chisel etc thus basically making a bodged pigs ear of fitting the rear speakers... i'm looking for a half decent installer that can fit the bloody things properly and tidy up the mess I made..

They're in, they work but they just look crap, and the parcel shelf took a little bit of damage!

So anywhere in the Rotherham/Doncaster area that anyone might be able to suggest that can help me out would be appreciated.. preferably somewhere that opens weekend.

Well I went to Source in Sheffield today, they quoted me roughly £150 for proper fitment of the rear speakers, re-carpeting the rear parcel shelf, supply & fitment of some Hertz 6" Coax speakers for the front doors (instead of the infinity 5012i's). Or £200 for the same with a stealthed parcel shelf.

Although he did guide me round some £1700 components as well..lol

Didn't think that was too bad. Anyone had any experience with the hertz speakers?

 

Can get the same job done less than that? call John at SRL in Barnsley he will sort you 01226 388644 He and I built my car and I have 13k in mine 8500 watts he does great work?
