Question Amp location

Hi, i have a 96 classic STI and want to fit my amp into it. Where is the best location for fitment? Is it just a case of the rear of the back seats?
Many thanks

theres always under the seat, but you do have heater ducts under there so may get a tad hot.
If its a small amp id imagine it will be okay though.

Seats dont tend to have a lot of room under them. And you will have to add on the thickness of a mounting board which will be stuck down with silicon etc as I dont imagine you would want to screw it !

Mine is bolted to a piece of wood upside down under the parcel shelf between the rear speakers if that helps.

Oh and it is a Rockford Fosgate Punch 1004 if that helps size wise.
