This forum was great when installing a MP3 and in dash changer ect in my 03 WRX.

Well I picked up my wifes new Volvo xc90 yesterday and we have a centurion DVD player and 2 &" widescreen lcd screens. these are velcro jobbies that we normally fit around the headrests.



The Volvo has cream leather interior.

I have purchased a new pair of headrests from ebay for £10 (Bargain). I plan to put cut the new headrests and install the lcd screens and put the DVD player under the drivers seat.



Are there any guides or online helps for doing this sort of thing ?.

I know the TFT screens do not have the frames to make it a 100% neat job. The velcro straps are atached to a metal plate and the screen slots on the plate. what i was planning to do was remove the velcro straps and fix the metal plate to the headrest inner and mount the screenon the original plate. tucking the cut leather behind the screen.

madness or will this actually work.
