Question Looking for advise - What amp & Sub

I have a Ported box at home, which has a blown JBL 12" Sub in it..

I was going to replace it with another 12" JBL Sub, though unsure which one..?

Also i needed to know which Amp i could get to power this..soething of a good quality...

Thanks for any help in advance..

you will need to know what size the box is and what the port is tuned too, you can then see what sort of sub will fit in the box, you will prob have to change the port to get the correct tune or your new sub will either sound crap or just blow again.
JL Audio would be worth an audition, they do subs and amps so see if you can find a specialist who can advise, measure your box! and port to see where your at.

Fusion are doing very good deals on their amp/sub combos at the minute. They are very good packages with all the bits and pieces needed. Halfrauds stock them so you could go and demo them first.

Juts got a good deal on the following:

Alpine MRD M 501 Mono Amp
15" Alpine Type R Sub in a Box

Producing 500Watts RMS....I just hope its not an overkill....

Good choice, I'm sure you'll love it! Just turn the gain down if it's too much....
