I use Road Angel Navigator and its pretty good Sat Nav and Gatso warnings also you can get maps for Europe. Retail is £399 but can get them on Flea Bay for £200 ish

A Garmin 2610 can be had for around £200 these days brand new. Put a 2gb card in and it will hold street level maps of the whole of Europe. Its a great bit of kit and when I bought mine about 18months ago it cost £500

You can't buy better... 5 out of 5*, Tom Tom only 4*

Mio C710:
Review: Mio C710 satellite navigation device - WhatPC?

Ordered the 510e for £189.99 for my bro + 1GB card, to put the europe DVD on it (supplied), very good kit.

Most SatNavs are much of a muchness these days.

I've got a TomTom 710 which comes with major roads of Europe and you can download specific city/region maps of your final destination. Got me to Gothenburg and back no problem and hasn't lead me wrong yet. Plus you can use it as a handsfree via bluetooth.

Have got a Garmin Nuvi 350. Great piece of kit.

Used it to go to/from Germany in August for the WRC, no problems at all through France, Belgium and all around Germany.
