I am thinking of fixing my amps to the floor of the boot and building a false wood floor round them, cutting a hole in the raised floor and covering it in perspex so you can see the amp. The question I have is about cooling, if the amp is under a raised floor that is carpeted will it get enough cooling or do you need to install some sort of cooling fan under the floor aswell?
There will also be the control box for a Kenwood TV and GPS control box under there aswell.
Cheers
Steve

As above, run the power lead from the battery into a distribution block, then link two fans to the 2nd supply
One to pull cold air in, the other to push hot air out
Thats what i did in my old motor
