IN THE STICKS

I've read the FAQ and changed the poor HU ,and now wish to change the front speakers , but I'm not after massive spec just something a little better than the poor standard ones .I don't want to pay Infinity type prices (which seem to be the popular choice ) so is there a cheaper alternative that will just swap over with the standard ones without having to cut MDF etc ?

try JBL, PIONEER, ALPINE, VIBE or KENWOOD - most of them start at around 25 squid

Or pop into your local CAAR or motorists centre!!!!

Just remember the standard speakers are fixed with 3 mounting points and 99% of the aftermarket speakers use 4, so your choice will be limited unless you want to drill holes in the door metal!

Allegedly some Corsa front speaker mounts fit well with some modification (I'm sure it's been discussed somewhere here, the search will find it)
