Default kenwood 7025 help

hi all just fitted a kenwood 7025 but can't seam to get a picture when i put a dvd in can hear the dvd but no pic can any one help cheers.

Sure this happened to me when I fitted my ddx6029. Wondered what I had done wrong. Can't remember what I did exactly, but either touch the screen, or press v-src to select dvd, or goto av interface or system setup menu and set dvd to auto instead of manual. And if you haven't grounded your handbrake cable, make sure the handbrake is on!

Just connect the special handbrake wire to the + on the seatbelt clip! You can have it on whilst driving, which I do not condone, but is nice for passengers!

Also if the police catch you they may not be very pleased that you were doing 70 on the motorway watching jenna jamesons new video!

Lorry drivers think its quite funny!

As the others said earth your handbrake cable (green cable - easiest behind headunit), and press the v.sel button (bottom left of screen)possibly twice, and you may need to press the F button a couple of times to get the full dvd screen
