Maybe the FAQ would be a good place to start?

Thumbs up

Get yourself and a mate down to a biggish Halfords, and LISTEN to a few speakers there. After all, YOU will have to listen to them from buying them onwards, so why buy someone else's recommendation? You could hate them. And just because someone else rates them doesn't make them good. Any hi-fi mag will tell you to LISTEN to speakers before buying, and this isn't that much different

Try to listen to them played by the same MAKE of headunit you already have.

Once you have it narrowed down to ones you like, turn your back and get your mate to switch at random between those few, doing first front, then back. Buy the ones you like the sound of.

That's how I did it, and ended up with Sony front and rear: I'm happy and plenty of folk have commented on how nice they sound.

Can't answer for the rears in a wagon, but the fronts should be the same as all classic WRXs. I put in some JBL GTO-626e Speakers in the front (6.25"). Used the exisiting mounting plate and then added one of the two adaptors that JBL provide. An absolute perfect fit and excellent mid-range and high-end reproduction at high colume. Ensure your rears have enough bass to compensate for the slight lack of bass from the fronts.
