It's a old kenwood MD mask headunit (KMD-PS970R), was going to get a new headunit but this has lots of features (HP filters - LP filters - 3 preouts - 4 x 44w etc) so i just kept it but it was a bit of a pig to fit though but worthwhile in the end.

It's the standard Subaru pod that's been modified by www.Scoobytuner.com in the states to take 52mm gauges

Totally agree & kenwood don't make mask headunits anymore so might as well make use of it

Trust me it looked terrible when fitted from behind the fascia as it exposed all the mask workings.

Seen this gauge set-up, and if you are after an OE Subaru look, I don't think you can get better.

Cheers granby!

Had a spare pod lying around that i got off ebay ages ago so i thought i would have a little go with a dremel, the difference between the 2 pods is the one i got from America has the top of the pod cut away to fit around the gauges but the one i done i have only cut away enough of the pod so the gauges fit & i think it looks much better, what do you think
