Default Car MP3 question, please help if you can :)

In Zoe's old car (which fell to bits on Sunday) I had installed a Desion MP3 player with integrated 20GB HD. She loves this unit and has asked if I can install something similar in her next car. Her new car is an 02 reg Fiesta LX, one where the radio etc is built into the dash in such a way as to be too difficult to remove.

Does anyone know of a cost effective method of providing Zoe with her 20GB of music in her new Fiesta?

I know Desion used to make a unit that allowed you to install their HD in place of the OEM CD autochanger but they don't appear to make that any more

Thanks in advance for any help

One option would be to fit the Dension unitr using one of these -

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...sPageName=WDVW

Otherwise, dension do make an external hard drive unit which can be fitted to an oem unit with a bespoke lead and remote display. Not the cheapest option, but available if you do an internet search.

The remote hard drive unit was the thing I was thinking of, it doesn't appear to be listed on their site anymore
