Forester under stereo pocket
Does anyone no the Subaru part number for the drop down flap (single din size) in the Forester.
How much of a job is it to fit this in a Impreza MY05 and is the pocket the same silver colour as the impreza console.
Cheers

Alternatively
I've actually just ordered the pocket version (part no. 66128AE000) as in another thread, the flip lid needed drilling to fit. I'm assured by Subaru that the part I've ordered fits the impreza exactly. Its cost me £16.95.
However, the part no. for the flip lid is 66128SA000.
There is also a 4CD storage tray, now on the official website (part no. H625ESA201) costing £39.95 which is in the Forester and Impreza section MY03 ->. I was going to get that, but then thought that the pocket would be a little more practical.
Hope this helps.
Regards

The only problem I've now found is that my Kenwood mask head unit sits a bit deep into the dash, and rubs a little on the top of the pocket when closing.
Not sure how to get around this yet.

The unit is actually a VDO Dayton MS4150 but does not use the C-IQ type dics where you pay to "open" the maps.
