Default Speaker wiring help needed.........

I'm in a bit of a dilemma with the front speaker wiring on my new-age wrx. Does anyone know which colour wire is the +, and which is the - ???
Please help

On my 03 the wiring ends in a T shaped connector. If you hold it like a T the negative is the '-' and the +ve is the '|' spade connectors.

Surely it doesn't matter so long as you do the same at each speaker?

As long as all operating speakers (including the rear ones) are the same, it shouldn't matter.
