STI5 - How to get the console round the stereo off??
I was hoping to fit my Knocklink today as I'm going on a rolling road tomorrow. Any idea how to get an STI5 stereo console surround off (the trim round the stereo, aircon controls, and spare DIN slot).
On older cars I know there are 2 screws hidden underneath the rubber gearstick gaitor, then the trim surround pivots upwards and away from the dash. But it's all different on an STI5.
I need to get in there so I can route cables and tap in to some power wires.
Any ideas?
PS Mods, can this stay here for a while please. I need to do this today!
