I'd estimate it at 25 at best.
Do bear in mind though that the difference in dBs (sound pressure level) between say 25W and 35W is pretty minimal. As an example, to get loudspeakers to sound twice as loud you have to put ten times the power into them; i.e. 100W will only sound twice as loud as 10W.
