Smile focal v slims

focal 165 v slim. anybody installed these? what do they sound like. easy to install? cheers

Stunning sound, not the easiest things to fit and Dynomat required.

They'll be pretty straightforward to install providing to have access to a jigsaw and some mdf... As Paul says, to get the best you need dynamat or some sound deadening stuff, too - but this is true with all speakers.

I think thats what I am running in the fronts of my new age powered by a phoenix gold amp. They do sound good but I have dynamat in the doors and they do have to be run in steadily.

My local shop has just fitted a pair of Focal slims to my MY05 WRX. They used Vauxhall Corsair Autolead spacers. I haven't seen behind the door cards, but they sound great. Not cheap though.
