Default din size for imports

does anyone know the din size for the radio for a wrx 1994 the r smaller than uk siz e radio and what does iso din mean

DIN is the standard size (something to do with German standards, bit like BSI over here) So a 1 din unit as 99.9% of aftermarket are will fit in any 1 din slot in the car, or you can get double din, whuch my come as no surprise to know its twice the size of 1 din. AFAIK All UK '94 would be single din, imports from the same year normally take either double or single din. I'm sure I'll be corrected if thats wrong.

I've a '95 WRX and replaced the factory Carozzia (sp) with a Sony : no hassles fitting it, no extra fitting bits needed other than what was in the box PLUS a wiring loom adaptor (I've a spare one which cost me about £10)
