anyone with an my03
I fitted some components to mine on Saturday. they sound a million times better, but im getting some vibration. anyone come across this before and what did you do to stop it?

Two sources of vibration: the plastic sheeting, which IMHO you don't need...
and the door cards, which could be vibrating due to the bass, or in extreme cases your cones may be hitting the door cards.
How have you fitted the speakers?

i used a pod under the speaker and just screwed them in. i have bought some sound proofing stuff which im going to fit later. can i just take the plastic sheet off?

The pods could be your problem... I guess you used the plastic corsa ones? If so, they'll vibrate if you put any power through them. A lump of MDF won't have that trouble
I've personally removed my plastic sheeting. it's a vapour liner which should in theory stop the back of the cards getting wet, and maybe stop a bit of moisture getting into the car, but it was driving me up the bleedin wall
The sound deadening goes on the outer door skins first, then on the inners if you've got loads of the stuff. Make sure you clean the metal that you're sticking it to first, and heat the stuff up before fixing it.
