I am after a new in dash cd player and have noticed that several play mp3s aswell. How do they work?
Do you need to use a memory stick/memory card from your pc and plug it in the stereo or does it mean that it will play back mp3 recordings made on a cd?

 

It means they will play MP3 files on a CDR.

What kinda money you looking at spending? My mate has an Alpine unit about 12 months old which does MP3 he is selling.
