Where the flipping heck can I buy this???????????????
I'm currently doing a boot build and need to get my hands on one of these:

I've very specific mounting requirements and this sounds like the answer to my prayers, but I'm having a hell of a time trying to find one, anyone got a clue where I can get one of these things??????
