Question US ICE in UK car??

Quick questions for all those that know about ICE. I was looking at the Pioneer AVIC-N1 from the US. I was wondering if there be any comatability issues with putting this is a UK car? Would you be able to get a Sat Nav disk for Europe?
I sent an email to them and am waiting for a reply. I thought I would ask here too as you lot probably know more about this than their tech support

An help will be appreciated peeps!

bare in mind that US DVDs operate on Region 1, whilst European DVDs are region 2.
so you might not be able to get the EU disk to work on the head unit.

Also, thier radio increments work differently. i think whilst ours go up in 0.05 steps, theirs go up in 0.2. for here we can scroll through 97.0,97.05,97.1...97.9 etc, whilst US would go 97.0, 97.2, 97.4...98.00. so if like me, you Radio 1 frequency is 97.9, you aint gonna get radio 1!

You will also find that U.S. radios don't have RDS so won't display the station name or have traffic info etc.
