Angry Facia for Alpine HU

One of the local low-life's broke into my car on Friday night and took the facia from my Alpine.

Anyone know how to go about getting a new one? I'm sure there were some numbers in my manual, but I've tidied it away somewhere!!

Hope you can help.

Numbers were there so that if you had the facia and no stereo then you could get a new stereo. They wont send you a new facia cos you could have nicked the stereo.

Its buy a new one or look in for sale for same model.

Well, they will sell me a new one via a dealer (as I got it dealer fitted), for the princely sum of £180 + vat to the dealer, who is likely to stick a bit on top as well, so, it's looking like £250 by the time I've finished.....I am not best pleased!

You can only order a new front via a dealer. The dealer will need model number and the serial number which is either on the bottom of the main body still in the car or on the box near a barcode. Which model is it?

It's a 7893, the dealer can order one, at a scarey price, over £200. I reckon the thinking is if you really need one, you'll get the insurance to pay out on it..... *******s!

The CDA-7893R fronts are £140 inc VAT RRP, try another dealer who doesn't want to rip you off !
