Anybody got any experience of recent/current models of Panasonic head units? Any good? Reliable, sound good, features?
Not required to drive amps, subs (at the mo) but if this was to change would only be for something quite basic.

Had a Panasonic head unit and 12 disc changer for years, nice sound quality although is was used with amps, both unit were VERY reliable, never needed repair. Still got them in a cupboard somewhere, ill bet they still work.,bit dated now though.
The only problem was that everytime Panasonic changed there head units you needed a new changer because they changed the software, this become an a pain in the ****,so changed to Kenwood, there old changers still run on newer head units.
