What amp will be running them? Will the amp kick out 1200w RMS ,got to be a decent amp to do it. General rule 1 farad of capacitence to 500 watts RMS of power. I have amps capable of around 1000w RMS so i have two 1 farad caps, and 2 batteries(split charge system) for extra power.

Whos make is the amp??? 900RMS is quite powerful. This amp sounds like it could be a Sunday market special?
ALL amps have several ratings , PMPO(peak max power output) ignore this rating. DIN rating, don't bother and RMS,this is the rating to look for. If this amp has no RMS rating leave it well alone.
All GOOD ICE producers give a true amp output in RMS and also the THD(total harmonic distortion) should be fairly low at max rms output 0.1 % ECT

For every 500 watts RMS i would recommend a 1 farad capactor, remember that a load like a very high power amp can and will effect the charging of your battery ,especially in winter time,so it is vital that you check you battery/alternator BEFORE fitting powerful ICE systems, this is why i have TWO batteries on a split charge system, one in the boot the other in it's original position, this gives me extra power/ amperage one hand, to cope with cold starts.
With split charge the main battery is the cranking battery and when the car is running the second battery is connected, if you leave both bats connected when the car is not running theres a chance of both batterys becoming flat.

Depends on the amp, and whether you are a believer or not.
I have 2.5F of capacitance, and have tried the system with it in and without it in. I haven't installed it permanently, as I couldn't perceive any difference. YMMV.
The standard rule of thumb is a farad for each kilowatt or thereabouts.
My amp has a shedload of capacitance built into it, so that may make a difference...
