Does anyone know if a KDC469 cd autochanger will fit my standard head unit.Any info would be appreciated.Thanks. brad.

that head unit is the biggest pile of sh*t ive ever heard my advice is get a single din cd head unit in and change the speakers aswell m8 i did this and the difference is amazing for about £250

Ok dave i just wanted to know if i can plug a cd changer (KDC C469) into my existing head unit.brad.

Brad,

I don't talk from direct experience so don't just take my word for it but I'm pretty sure that Kenwood use a Kenwood-only plug and lead from the multi-changer into the head unit so it wouldn't fit a non-Kenwood stereo. They may do an adaptor but I doubt it.

The standard head unit is a kenwood unit, and it uses the standard kenwood connector. It *should* work.

Right,this is what i did,Went to shop this morning bought 6 stack cd unit chap said it should plug straight into my head unit.

Got home took seat out fitted unit,plugged it in job done all for £89.Subaru Quote £229 for the same umit.Well chuffed.
