Does anyone make a blue tooth car radio hands free kit?

There are ones that you can interface with your car speakers and others that come with adapters either aftermarket or plumped into the car to sort the mobile into the stereo, but I don't know one that has it all built in (if that's what your after)!
I'm after one with the whole nine yard routine that interfaces with the stereo and mutes it on incoming calls etc (or even more gadgety - a piccy of the person's face that's calling on the TV screen would be rather inpressive, with a shadow one for anyone I don't know the number for ).
I'll point you in the right direction, if I see anything though

these all seem to be car phone kits.
what I mean is a headunit such as a sony alpine, pioneer etc, which has a built in mic and bluetooth connection to your phone so that when you are in the car, the stereo is your phone.
This is convenient because it already has a display, speakers and a power supply. All it needs is a mic.

I'm not convinced to be honest about bluetooth, I have it on my phone, but you see all these people convinced about mobile phones and cancer and all that, which is around 1GHz. Bluetooth I believe sits around the 7GHz area and you leave your phone in your pocket next to your b****cks or I do anyway, surely this would similar or maybe worse than the microwave off the phone signal itself?

Either way, get it away from the family jewels!!!
Mine sits happily in a little tray in the car as I find it doesn't have the best signal in my pocket (must be the size of my blessed area underneath blocking the signal)
Get a cradle (with a charger) or a magnet to put on the back.
