How bad is the standard H/U? My Legacy came with a JDM H/U and semi dismantled sound system, which I'd like to pull apart and work out what's reusable. I've got some Kenwood units which I think I'll end up using but obviously I'd like some sounds in the mean time and a standard d/d unit would be the easiest gap filler. But is it really really poo, as has been suggested by the number being replaced shortly after buying the car. Bit of advice please as there's a couple of units on ebay at the moment.
