dvd,screens have lines on when engine is running

Hi guys,
I Took it to a reputable ice dealer to fix the sound and screen problem, they fixed the sound prob but the screens still have lines on whilst engine is running, they say it's a common earth problem with BMW's, Any advice welcome for a fix to the problem.
P.S it's a 330d sport if that helps
