Question

Are there any good quality free air subs which would suit a parcel shelf install in a 4 door MY02. I appreciate this is not the ideal way to do it but I need what little boot space I have for kids bits & pieces.
Many thanks,
Callum

Hi,

I've got a 10" JL free Air Sub I used to use it in my 5 series. You can buy it for £50 if you want.

Hi zero77,
Thanks for the good offer mate but I would really struggle to get a 10" sub in there
The car has a metal plate (brace?) below the thin parcel shelf. This has pre-cut holes that would accept a pair of Focal 5" or maybe the new Genesis 6x9's. I assume that another model of WRX has the rear speakers mounted here rather than than in the rear doors where mine are? I guess the parcel shelf would need upgraded as well.
Regards,
Callum
