Can anybody tell me if this is the connector i will need to put a sony cd player in place of the original Jap radio/cassette.

You need an autoleads converter - PC 2-44-4 or something like that. Halfords or local ice specialists should have 'em for a tenner or less.

yes, that is the correct part number, ordered one from Halfords, takes a couple of days, ten pound summat, thanks.

Yes that is i, working 12 hour shifts, doing a bit of taxi work, just not had time, hopefully in this weekend :-)
