I want to move my sub and amp from my old car to my new sti7.
Has anyone got any reasonably detailed instructions of how to remove standard headunit, trim, etc to lay the cables?

head unit is simple... See the FAQ

As for dismantling the car, it's easy. It sorta falls apart

lol, i managed in my old e36 beemer so i guess the scoob shouldn't be much of a prob then
