I am currently up-rating the stereo system in my STI8 to incorporate MP3.
Can anyone recomend any sites to dowload from? with expected costs etc.

Thanks in advance
Chris.

Use KazaaLite
There's plenty of non copyrighted stuff on there.. just make sure you don't download any copyrighted stuff

If you have to try Kazaa, be aware that it's full of spyware/adware and all sorts of unholy stuff. Kazaa Lite avoids all that

I also hear <ahem> that there's a hacked version of Kazaa around that removes all of the advertising and immediately gives you maximum sharing rights.

I have heard of such things too on Kazaa Lite (KL Hack 2 - small exe that sorts out your "participation level" to Supreme Being)... I honestly wouldn't put Kazaa on your machine, but Kazaa lite works well.

I have tried visiting various sites, most seem to be or connect to american sites. Which means the subscriptions are in US$. Not a great problem, but are there any UK sites worthy?

Forget downloading them there ussually of a very low bitrate just get your fave CD's and rip em yourself.....Not illegal and you can make them the quality you like. Cheap CD writers of about £30 and your away.
