would like a new head unit thats capable of drivin the existing rc026 changer but cant find anywhere that makes reference to selling philips head units (or the fact that they exist !)

ideally a philips mp3 head unit. can anything else drive the philips rc026 head unit ?

I asked a similar question when I got my Scooby back in November ,I seem to remember hearing that Phillips sold their ICE division and that the changer is only for Phillips . I may be wrong though, try a search on this site because I'm sure it's been asked a few times before .

As above. Basically, to coin a phrase, you're buggered.

Get a decent mp3 head unit and you'll probably find that you don't want a CD changer any more. I hardly use mine.

 

As Nick sayd already, if you get a new MP3 headunit then you'll probably not use the changer any more.

Your only other option is getting a 2nd-hand headunit from someone on here; I sold my original Philips HU & changer on here.
