Door Speaker Replacement
#1
How hard is it to replace the front door speakers on a 92 Legacy??
I have a pair of Kicker Impulse co-axial's I wanna fit to the frt!!
I have a JL15W3-D2 sub in the boot, where would be the best place to stick a port in the back, baring in mind my car is the saloon version?

well im not sure if its the same set up in the impreza, but i amped up the fronts, (Focal Components) then removed the rear speakers from the shelf leaving the grilles to cover the holes. Thus leaving the boot as one big ported sub enclosure. Sounds great in the front, a little to much bass in the rear but how often are YOU in the back.
Of corse the might be of know use to you, as your speakers might be mounted in the doors, I dunno!

I have zero DIY skills, but after giving up with trying to fit Infinitys on my Impreza, I found that Kickers slotted in very easily and I just needed a pair of crimps/ new connectors.
