Can anyone please tell me what size speakers fit in the holes in this car.
I want to fit speakers without doing any additional work
ie straight swap
Also can anyone recommend any speakers to fit ?

Yes, they are 6 1/4's, ish. Problem is the original ones have a strange fitment and you will have to make some spacers or drill some new holes. I've got some pics of me making my MDF spacers if you need them...
