Pentland Component Parts Ltd.
They always look after me for NGK PRF7B's..
Can't recall the owners name, but it's a family business and they usually deliver next day for orders before 4pm..

My local motor factor does them for me around £27-£30 a set but I think they usually charge £35 ish a set.
